Do CIK provide invitation or visa letters?

Yes. To identify if you need to apply for the United States visa please check State Department. Here is the site: If you need to acquire visa, please act quickly! To register for the conference click the link above. If you have any other question please contact CIK at: Contact@Cyrusik.org. It is strongly recommended that international participates submit their proposal as soon as possible so they have adequate time to acquire visas.

Are there any scholarships available?

Yes. A limited number of Graduate Scholar Awards will be granted for students to attend the Conference. A $100 credit will be awarded toward their registration fee. CIK expect students that acquire awards assist in the professional implement of the conference. CIK will formally acknowledge contributions of the student for the implementation of the conference. Attendance Certificate?

Upon the request of applicant for the attendance letters CIK will provide the letter within two weeks after conference is ended. Contact@Cyrusik.org.

Are there opportunity for networking?

Of Course! It will be provided during refreshment breaks, lunches, tours, and other activities.

Are there any sponsorship or exhibit spaces available?

Yes. CIK welcomes opportunities for organizations or groups who might want to support the conferences and acquire publicities or other benefits. Already a few institutions and organizations are co-sponsoring the conference. For more information please contact us at: Contact@Cyrusik.org.

What is the publication process?

The length of time varies because it has to go through review process. Complete papers that adhere to the submission guidelines will be sent to appropriate referees for review. We anticipate to have a maximum of six weeks turnaround. The referee reports will be shared with the authors with recommendations options (Accept, Reject, or Revise-Resubmit). Accepted papers for the conference presentation will be published in the online proceeding of the conference. A selected number of best papers will be published in the online journal of CIK. I can’t attend the Conference. How can I publish into the Journal?

A virtual proposal/presentation and registration allow you to submit a paper for the online proceeding and the Journal without attending the Conference (more information may be found under the Call for Papers). In addition, whether you are a virtual or in-person presenter at the Conference, we encourage you to submit your Abstract.
